Bardan says : "A simple and easy choice for a good-aligned party. Ajantis is a stong, decent NPC that you can get your hands on early, and who will come in very handy. His Paladin status allows him to use heavy plate armour, as well as granting him some minor special abilities, the most useful of which is probably Lay on Hands, which heals well, and quickly. Equipping him is no problem - his strength allows you to give him heavy plate armour, a good two-handed sword, and a composite longbow, though his average dexterity means he will not be as proficient at range as he is in melee. I highly recommend Ajantis for Good and Neutral parties, though he is a Paladin, and will leave the party and attack you should you let your reputation suffer. Evil parties should look elsewhere." |
